How Epoxy Flooring Lawton Works
Epoxy Flooring Lawton coats concrete floors in Lawton and the towns around it: garages, patios, pool decks, shops and commercial spaces. We install epoxy, polyaspartic and flake broadcast systems, and we repair cracked and worn slabs before they get coated.
The slab sets the plan. Southwest Oklahoma has long, hot summers and clay soils that swell when wet and shrink when dry, so concrete here moves. A garage floor in a 1970s house near Cameron University may have a settled corner and a crack running out from the drain. A shop floor east of town may be soaked with hydraulic fluid. A pool deck may be faded and hot underfoot. Each one needs a different amount of prep and a different coating.
What you can expect
- We come out, measure the floor and look at cracks, low spots, stains and any old paint or sealer.
- You get a written quote that lists the prep, the system, each coat and the total.
- The concrete is diamond ground so the coating has an open surface to grab.
- Cracks and chips are filled before the first coat. Joints that move with the soil are handled so the coating does not crack over them.
- We schedule coating around heat and wind, and we tell you when you can walk, move things back and park.
- If the scope changes once the floor is open, we write up the change for you to approve first.
Our work is on concrete. We do not coat wood, tile or vinyl. If a slab has a problem a coating will not solve, such as active heaving or a structural crack, we say so before you spend money on a finish.
